Eligibility Criteria

Students from the following programmes and disciplines can apply:

• B.Tech: Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics Engineering.

Job Role and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will work with the company’s Sales and Marketing team and receive industry-oriented training in sales processes, marketing strategies, and product knowledge. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling Elcom products, conducting market research to identify potential customers, interacting with existing and new customers through calls, emails, and meetings, preparing sales MIS reports, and assisting with client proposals and offers.

Selection Process

The selection process will include the following stages:
