Carpet & Textile Technology (CTT)

From the 2026-27 session, AKTU B.Tech first-year Carpet & Textile Technology (CTT) follows the TX stream (Textile Engineering) syllabus: Physics of Fibres and Textile Materials, Applied Chemistry for Fibres, Polymers and Sustainable Textiles, Calculus and Linear Algebra, Calculus and Numerical Method, Programming Languages, Introduction to AI & Prompt Engineering and the other subjects common to all branches. The branch focuses on carpet manufacturing and textile technology from the second year.
