From the 2026-27 session, AKTU B.Tech first-year Electrical & Computer Engineering follows the EE stream (Electrical Engineering) syllabus: Physics of Electrical Engineering Materials, Applied Chemistry for Emerging Electronics and Futuristic Devices, Differential Calculus and Linear Algebra, Calculus, Laplace Transform and Numerical Techniques, Programming Languages, Introduction to AI & Prompt Engineering and the other subjects common to all branches. The branch focuses on electrical engineering combined with computing from the second year.
