Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology)

From the 2026-27 session, AKTU B.Tech first-year Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) follows the ECE stream (Electronics Engineering) syllabus: Quantum Physics and Electronic Sensors, Applied Chemistry for Emerging Electronics and Futuristic Devices, Differential Calculus and Linear Algebra, Calculus, Laplace Transform and Numerical Techniques, Programming Languages, Introduction to AI & Prompt Engineering and the other subjects common to all branches. The branch focuses on VLSI chip design and semiconductor technology from the second year.
